Our Services

Liberty Paws International provides Emotional Support Animal (ESA) letter services, Psychiatric Service Dog (PSD) registration kits, certificates, ID cards, and related accessories. Our ESA letters are prepared by licensed mental health professionals. We facilitate the connection between clients and licensed professionals but do not provide medical advice or diagnoses directly.

User Accounts

To access certain features of our services, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and to update it as needed.

Orders and Delivery

When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase our services. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Digital products (such as ESA letters, certificates, and ID cards) are delivered electronically to your account. Physical products are shipped to the address provided during checkout.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method and authorize us to charge the applicable fees.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our digital services, refund eligibility varies by product. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days at support@libertypaws.com. Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. ESA letters that have already been reviewed and issued by a licensed professional may not be eligible for a full refund.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Liberty Paws International shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
